From the moment you start browsing for your new sofa, to the moment it’s carefully delivered into your living room, you want to feel totally in control and in the know. And now you can, thanks to MySofology.

What is MySofology?

Creating your very own MySofology account is the first step to taking control of your sofa shopping experience. It’s your very own corner of Sofology where you can do everything from saving a list of your favourite sofas, to easily booking your delivery.

How do I use MySofology?

If you visit your local Sofology store to browse the collection of exclusive sofas, you’ll find that you’re greeted by a very helpful Sofologist. As you look around, your Sofologist will make a note of all your favourite sofas, and these will automatically be saved to your MySofology account. This means that there’s absolutely no pressure to make any decisions there and then on the spot. Which is great, because a new sofa is a big deal – you’re going to need time to go away and think it over.

Thanks to MySofology, you can leave the store, head home, put the kettle on, grab your laptop, phone or other device and log into your account – and voila – all your favourite sofas will be right there for you to take a second look at.

Even if you don’t head into store at the start of your sofa shopping journey, you can browse for a new sofa online and save your favourites as you go. Simply register for a MySofology account using your email address or Facebook account.

Track it, book it, pay for it

Picked the perfect new sofa? Place your order online or instore and your MySofology account will help you take care of everything that comes next. You can log in at any time, anywhere, on any device and see at a glance the status of your order, with an estimated delivery date. Track the progress as your new sofa is expertly handcrafted, and find out as soon as it’s delivered to our warehouse and ready to be booked out for delivery. You can then view all available delivery slots, and make a choice that offers you the most convenience, without needing to rearrange your whole life, just to have your new sofa delivered.

To finish booking your delivery you’ll need to pay any outstanding balance that may be due on your account, but this is easily accomplished through MySofology. As a final step, your account makes it simple to add aftercare products including care kits and Sofashield.

    I have not yet booked my delivery. I paid the balance on 3rd December and was given the number to call to book the delivery date. I will phone tomorrow, 4th December to book between 10th and 12th December. Your booking office told me on 26th November to phone this week to book.
    I will be unable to take delivery before next week.

      Please could someone contact me a.s.a.p about my delivery? I didn’t get the link. Went on the website and booked a day and as soon as I pressed the button realised I’d made a mistake. No one will be in. I can’t get through on email, the robot webchat, the phone. Have been hanging on for over an hour. Mysofology is not an easy-to-use 24 hour a day service! The longer I leave changing it, the closer to incurring a fee (because it will now be within the 48 hour window) it will be.
      Sorry if this is coming up as a reply instead of a new comment, but I just do not know how to attract the attention of someone at Sofology.

    I am still waiting for a delivery of a side table, you notified me to arrange a delivery date on “Mysofology” I then contacted you by telecon and after numerous attempts failed to get anyone. I advised you as we are pensioners, just to tell us when you will deliver and we will ensure we are at home, but since then have not received 1. The delivery date and 2. Why people without computers cannot buy from your stores? I will refer this to the citizens advice bureau unless I hear from you soon.

    I ordered a sofa on the 9th October 2020. I have since tried to log into my sofology link from the confirmation email but this just directs me to a blank page. Any help would be appreciated.

    Took delivery yesterday of our Gracy Power recliner 3 seater, Power recliner 2 seater and Power recliner chair.
    Disappointed that one of the sofas is faulty and the delivery team are to contact a Technician to come out and sort it. Promised within 7 days.
    If you can supply a contact name to arrange the Technician visit I’d be grateful?
    Hoping for it to be sorted quickly as its taken the shine off a spend of over £4K

    The furniture I ordered was due in stock mid November and this was then changed to 1st December. I have tried on many occasions to check the status and the website is down, along with all systems at Sofology. I find it very hard to believe that a company this size and one that relies so heavily on internet/systems that this is as taken 3 days so far to fix!!!!!! If it was my business the IT provider would be sacked……

    I ordered and paid for my sofa on 30th November from the clearance department. I was told delivery in 14 days, todays date is 7th January and I’ve not heard a word about my sofa being delivered. When I check my account it says expected deliver 27/9/2019! 8 didn’t order and pay until 30/11/2020. Thankyou

    I ordered my sofa on 27th September 2020. I have chosen my delivery date for today and got and email to say time slot is between 7am and 11am. My partner has taken half a day off work to wait and is now an hour over delivery time slot. This is not good enough. No contact off delivery team to say they will be late and I have tried the contact number 03444818181 and can not get through! I need someone to contact me ASAP as I have already removed my old sofa.

      Apologies in the delay in our response.

      I can see your sofa was delivered on this day, the 4 hour estimated time slots we give are only advisory and it’s possible for the delivery to be later than that time slot due to various factors such as traffic flow, weather conditions etc.
