This year has been tough, so we want to reward people who truly deserve it. We think there are plenty of people out there who deserve to relax in style and comfort, so nominate someone who you think deserves a gift this festive season, and leave the rest to us.
We’re giving away 12 of our accent chairs to people who have been amazing during lockdown – whether it’s a family member, one of your friends or a colleague at work.
Nominating someone is easy – simply enter your details below then tell us who you are nominating for one of our 12 days of gifting accent chairs. We’ll then pick a winner at random for every one of the 12 days.
Each winner gets to choose one of our selected Accent Chairs in any of the colours or materials from that range. Take a look at them below!

Terms & Conditions
THE PROMOTER
The promoter of this competition is Sofology Limited (company no. 01778734) registered address is Golborne Point, Ashton Road, Golborne, Warrington, WA3 3UL (“Sofology”/“we/us”).
PRIZE
The prize is a chair to be selected from the accent chairs from the ranges specified on our competition page. For the purposes of these terms and conditions we refer to this as the selected range. There will be 12 winners.
By nominating a person of your choice, you are entering them into this competition. We have set out details below of what you need to check before you nominate somebody so please read these carefully. If your nominated person wins then he/she can choose a chair from the selected range and will be able to choose the colour/material from any available within their chosen range:

There are no other prizes or cash alternatives. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be used to satisfy or for part-payment of any existing order.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to participate in the competition you and the person you nominate must:
- Be a UK resident;
- Be over the age of 18 years old;
- Not be employed by or be the immediate family of anyone employed by us or any of the DFS Group of companies or any third party directly associated with the administration of this competition.
- Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the competition and make a nomination enter your own details (name and email address) on the competition page (insert link) then tell us who you are nominating for one of our 12 days of gifting accent chairs. By nominating, you are confirming that you have the consent of the person you are nominating (nominee) to share their name and email address with us and that they are happy to receive an email from us in the event that they win the competition.
The competition opens on 00.01 on 12th December 2020 and ends at 23.59 on 23rd December 2020. (inclusive).
No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
We will not reimburse any expenses incurred in making an entry to this competition.
We will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, including as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, network, server or software failure of any kind. We will not accept proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
Only one entry will be accepted per email address.
THE WINNER
There will be 12 winners selected. The 12 winners will be selected consecutively from all eligible entries by an electronic random draw w/c 4th January 2021.
Each nominated winner will be contacted by us via email w/c 4th January 2020. If no response is received within 5 days, then we reserve the right to select another winner by way of second electronic random draw. This process will be repeated until all 12 winners are found.
We do not accept any responsibility if the winner is not able to take up the prize.
Our decision as to who each winner is, is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
The person who nominated the winner will not be contacted by email with details of how to claim the prize. You will be copied into this email.
We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will send the first name and county of the prize winners to anyone who writes to our address set out above (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date of the competition.
We will ask each winner if they consent to their first name and county being made available on our website. In the event that the winner declines we must still provide these details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE
Once the winner has contacted us we will arrange to deliver the prize to each winner in line with our standard lead times for delivery.

Personal details provided to us in relation to this competition will be processed and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read this carefully before proceeding. In entering this competition you are confirming that you have the consent of the nominee to nominate them for this competition and to share their name and email address with us. We will only contact the nominee to inform them if they are the winner.
We will make details of the name of the winner available on our website but no personal information will be shared ( unless the winner consents to such disclosure) as set out in clause 5 above.
GENERAL
We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or amend this competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
We reserve the right to replace each prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond or control make it necessary to do so.
We do not accept any responsibility if your nominee is unable to take up the prize.
We shall not be liable for any loss damage, injury or disappointment whatsoever which may be suffered by you or your nominee as a result of or in connection with or arising out of or as a result of you entering this competition except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Statutory rights are not affected.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entry if it is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition or in breach of these terms. In particular entries submitted in bulk (that is more entries than a human being could submit in the time available without the use of software or other devices designed to make automatic entries) will not be accepted.
Our decision regarding any aspect of this competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition you are agreeing to accept these terms.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
